How did I just now find out about this place?
It’s called The Oatmeal and it’s just an incredible, genius, and excellently written website. It’s actually all done by ONE (very clever) guy, and the site consists of all these well designed comics, and quizzes about all sorts of things. Unfortunately, words don’t do it justice, nor are they able to explain what makes the site so great. So instead, I’ll show you…
Here are a few of the results from some of the quizzes that I took:
And here are some of my favorite articles that I found browsing around for the past few minutes:
What Your Email Address Says About Your Computer Skills
I was CRACKING UP when I read this one: Why I’d Rather Be Punched In The Testicles Than Call Customer Service
I happened to know most of these: 10 Words You Need To Stop Misspelling
Another incredibly funny, and yet so upsettingly true one: Why I Believe Printers Were Sent From Hell
And you can see a whole lot more here.
Like I said, I’m not quite sure how I only just discovered this site, but what I am sure about is that I will be checking back on The Oatmeal pretty frequently now to see what they’re up to over there. I mean, you can just browse around on this sort of a site for hours, and find just a ton of funny, interesting, cool, and clever articles. Go check it out for yourself!

As you all know, I am currently away in Florida relaxing for a little over a week. The flight this morning, although closer to last night being that it required me to wake up a 2:30 AM, went smoothly, and I am with my cousins, enjoying the warm weather. On the flight down I actually was able to knock out the next script for TechKnowledgey so Avi and I will be able to shoot a few episodes in advance the Friday we get back.
Unfortunately though, this morning I woke up with a sore throat. As the day went on the pain decreased, but now I have absolutely no voice. I can hardly talk at all. I am usually very careful with my voice, and so I have not lost it in literally a few years, so not being able to talk is very strange. It really makes you think as you go about what exactly you are going to say, and if it’ll be worth it to open up your mouth and try to say it. It’s best just to try to talk normally. Not talking or whispering will not ever help it get better, and screaming certainly won’t. Loosing your voice is an odd thing…
Tonight though, my mother and sister – thanks to my loverly Aunt purchasing the DVD – are finally getting around to watching New Moon, and I think I may join them for the SOLE reason that it’ll be in Blu-Ray and I have not had the pleasure of seeing many Blu-Ray movies. Plus, it’ll be fun to make fun of the “Windows Movie Maker” special effects, and the obvious fact that they rushed the movie out in about what seems like a week.
Something to look forward to… Oh, and of course there is are the next ten warm days here in Florida that are sure to be filled with fun, laughs, cousins doing cute things, cousins doing cute things that if anyone else would do would result in immediate punishment, and, considering the amount of food we will all be consuming as well as the metabolism of my Uncle, a lot of burps.
See you guys on the other end!

A friend of mine showed me this after he pulled it out of his chinese cookie. Guess these things are beginning to become clever now…

A friend sent this to me today and it got me thinking; Is putting something on sale for it’s regular price even legal? Now I don’t know if that is exactly what is going on in the above picture (not sure if that is actually a sale or just unnecessary redundancy) but would doing something like that be legal? Either way, when you see something like this you gotta wonder what the person who put this there was thinking. Or if they were even thinking at all.
